At ICS Refrigeration we believe that clean well maintained equipment are keys to ensuring that your equipment will operate efficiently and productively. Our maintenance agreements are customized for the needs of each individual piece of equipment and take into consideration the level of maintenance required to protect your investment. HVAC/R Construction

ICS Refrigeration does not operate in the Bid and Spec marketplace. We perform exceptionally well in the design/build market where we work in partnership with our customers to design and deliver the right system for the requirements. This is completed in consultation with our customer, our engineers and construction department.

Capital Planning

ICS Refrigeration believes that it is important to budget for equipment replacement in advance of failure in order to minimize the costs of emergency service calls and urgent retrofit situations. Capital planning for equipment replacement is a standard benefit for our service and maintenance agreement customers. Please ask us for details.
